Peanut Butter & Berries Smoothie: Frozen ripe bananas and frozen berries blended together in a smoothie with peanut butter and yoghurt make a perfect start for busy mornings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled, thickly sliced & frozen
  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 3/4 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Pinch of kosher salt, optional

Steps:

  1. Throw everything into a blender. Blend until smooth.
